Investigation of water infiltration into several units basements being caused by broken storm drains, grading issues and plugged floor gutters. Corrections were made by RHA staff prior to construction.

Complete interior gut renovation to the 22 units. Project included, hazardous material removal, redesign of kitchen, and dining room layouts, complete bathroom renovations, modifications to the HVAC, electrical and plumbing. We addressed sound transmission between units, provided new insulation throughout, addressed air infiltration and fresh air requirements. New drywall, ceilings, lighting and floors.
