| Energy Engineer (NYS PE) | Exceptional opportunities exist at our Buffalo Office for Energy Engineers. Background and demonstrated experience in Energy Management. Previous experience designing energy efficiency strategies for customers. Ability to analyze and understand Energy Efficiency studies, and identify energy saving opportunities. Seven to ten (7-10) years of successful professional energy efficiency program management experience including administration, project management, sales and outreach, energy audits and project development required. Fundamental understanding of energy efficiency systems including lighting, HVAC and building envelope required. Minimum educational background includes BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Energy Engineering, Business, Sustainability or related field and NYS-PE required. Certified Energy Manager designation as provided by the Association of Energy Engineers and/or Energy and/or Sustainability certifications a plus, such as CEA, LEED AP, BEAP, BEMP preferred. Experience with facilities and energy management, strategic planning and project management preferred. Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written.)
