The Baker Chilled Water Plant located on the Amherst campus of the State University of New York at Buffalo provides chilled water for the entire campus. The project involved engineering for upgrades ot the central plant that included the installation of four (4) 1500 Ton centrifugal chillers, which gave the plant a total available capacity of 14,000 Tons. Other associated work included new counterflow cooling towers, electrical switchgear, piping, and controls.

E.I. Team also provided services to the University for the renovation of the Water Plant at a later date. Renovations included replacement of glazing and development of special access ways for equipment component removal and replacement.
